DAY 1

Independent arrival. Meeting point in the afternoon at Cagliari airport. A tour of the town is available for all early arrivals. (For those arriving by boat or at Oblia airport - meeting point directly in Cala Gonone). From the airport, we then travel through mountainous landscapes and with spectacular views through the interior of Sardinia to Cala Gonone. There we will stay at our first accommodation. We will also make a stop at the supermarket to stock up on food for the upcoming days. (Depending on what you fancy, you have the option of cooking in the evening or trying out fish and typical Sardinian dishes in one of the many restaurants). We end the day with a yoga session together.

DAY 2

Breakfast together. We start our day with a briefing and introduction to the world of climbing. Then it's off to our first joint excursion to the crag. A day full of climbing. In the evening, we make a stopover by the sea. Those who want to can venture into the cool water or simply enjoy the evening atmosphere on the beach. Afterwards we relax and cook/or have dinner in town.

DAY 3

Breakfast together. Today we start the day with a bit of sunbathing on the beach. Then it's off to the rocks again. We want to discover something new. That's why we explore a new climbing spot today. In the evening, we return to our accommodation and have the option of ordering pizza - alternatively, of course, we can also cook.

DAY 4

Brunch together. We start the day with a yoga session. After a relaxing morning, exploring is on the agenda today. We hike through gorges and over the mountains that plunge into the sea to a very special and breathtaking beach with fascinating caves. Those who wish can then take the boat back to the village and enjoy the view of Sardinia and the imposing cliffs and rocks from the water. Otherwise you can walk back. Our last evening in Cala Gonone is approaching. Perhaps a final meal in the restaurant today? It's also time to pack our bags, because tomorrow we're moving on to our second accommodation.

DAY 5

We start the day early with breakfast together. We drive towards Ulassai. On the way, we visit one of the many prehistoric monuments. Then we continue to our accommodation with another stop at the supermarket to stock up on food for the upcoming days. Afterwards, we explore tomorrow's crag, the canyon, which can be reached on foot. If you want, you can climb one or two routes today or choose a few routes of your choice for tomorrow. In the evening we can cook again or alternatively eat in the restaurant.

DAY 6

Sleep in. Free morning. Take time for a stroll through Ulassai or relax on the beautiful roof terrace with views of the mountains sloping gently into the sea and towering rock formations. There is also time for a typical Sardinian lunch. Then it's off into the canyon to tackle the routes chosen the day before. In the evening, there is another bit of theory over dinner together.

DAY 7

Breakfast together. We start with a morning yoga session. Then it's off to the rock one last time. Today we climb for as long as our muscles allow. We review the week over dinner together.

DAY 8

One last time. Breakfast together. Then transfer to the airport - Cagliari.

BUT BE CAREFUL

Every week is unique...

We always try to adapt our program to the individual group members in the best possible way. To do this, we ask you to fill out a form in advance with information about yourself, previous sporting experience, diet etc. Unfortunately, we cannot influence the weather.  Unfortunately, we cannot influence the weather either. Therefore, and depending on the group constellation, our program can vary from week to week. A variety of rocks, mountains and hiking trails... Possibility to visit historical sights 'on-the-way', one of the largest caves in the area... Countless restaurants, cafés and bars... and and and... are waiting for you!

...and because we can't possibly see everything in a week, it's worth coming back!
