​REFUND POLICY

 

Active retreats:

 

Unless otherwise stated, the deposit is a non-refundable deposit. This amount covers the processing fees and the minimum costs for canceling the travel booking. The remaining amount of your trip payment will be refunded depending on the departure date:

 

If the customer cancels 60 days or more before the start of the trip, the amount, if already paid, will be fully refunded (including deposit).

 

If the customer cancels up to 90 days before the start of the trip, the full amount (if already paid) will be refunded, less the deposit.

 

If the customer cancels less than 90 days before the start of the trip, 30% of the travel price (including deposit) will be charged.

If the customer cancels less than 60 days before the start of the trip, 50% of the trip price (including deposit) will be charged.

 

If the customer cancels less than 30 days before the start of the trip, 100% of the travel price (including deposit) will be charged.

 

If you do not show up, the full amount must be paid.

 

If the trip is canceled by Piemount – active retreats for any reason (low number of participants, travel restrictions, etc.), everything including the deposit will be refunded to you.
